Changing the homepage in Internet Explorer (versions 4.0 to 6.0):

  1. With Internet Explorer's Web browser running, select Tools, then click on Internet Options.
  2. The preferences should come up on the General tab, but if not, click on General.
  3. In the box which contains You can change which page to use for your home page., in the box labeled Address type: http://www.vallnet.com
  4. Click ok.

Changing the homepage in Internet Explorer (version 3.x):

  1. With Internet Explorer's Web browser running, select Tools, Internet Options.
  2. The preferences should come up on the General tab, select the Navigation tab.
  3. In the box which contains You can change which page to use for your home page., in the box labeled Address type: http://www.vallnet.com
  4. Click ok.

Changing the homepage in Netscape Navigator (6.0 to 7.0)

  1. With Netscape's Web browser running, select Edit, then click on Preferences.
  2. The preferences should come up on the Navigator tab, but if not, select Navigator.
  3. In the box which contains Clicking the Home button takes you to this page, in the box labeled Location type: http://www.vallnet.com
  4. Click ok.

Changing the homepage in Netscape Communicator 4.x

  1. With Netscape's Web browser running, select Edit, then click on Preferences.
  2. The preferences should come up on the Navigator tab, but if not, select Navigator.
  3. In the box which contains Clicking the Home button will take you to this page, in the box labeled Location type: http://www.vallnet.com
  4. Click ok.

Changing the homepage in Netscape Navigator 3.x

  1. With Netscape's Web browser running, select Options, General Preferences.
  2. Select the Startup section.
  3. In the box which contains Select homepage location, in the box labeled Location: http://www.vallnet.com
  4. click ok.
